i think i'm going to cry!
so, Tuesday night, i'm working on my product design coursework in powerpoint. i work until 2:30 in the morning and save and close and go to sleep.
next day, happy, got my memory stick and go to school
put the stick in, the file doesn't open
try a different computer, still doesn't open
go to the technicians and they can't figure it out and say come back later
then i lose the stick and go lookin for it
whilst looking for it, pop in on the techies and they still can't figure it our and the head techie isn't there to try and help! but they do say that it is probably corrupted!
research corrupted files at home
they say they can be restored
i look up how to restore for ppt 07
print off 11 pages to try the million different methods
none of them work
waste time trying to make it work and i just think that i'm going to bloody cry because PD is the only subject that i am any good at!
i have a non updated version saved at school, sure but any writer knows that you can't come up with the same thing twice and it took me so long to get myself motivated to do the damn work!!
the erroe message says that it doesn't have the script convertor installed and when i googled it, there were some people that said henever that happes, the file is completely dead with no hope of bringing it back... so yeah... i'm going to cry! D':
