It seems like every time I post here I'm saying something along the lines of "wow I haven't been here in a while" -- well I haven't been here in a while
{Update}For those that are looking for an update..
I graduated from Salem in Dec with a degree in Japanese Lang/Lit and a minor in History. I miss that place only for the people. Think I may just show up one day and see what happens. I miss you guys .. you know who you are.
I now work at CVS as a pharmacy tech making a whopping $9 an hour.. totally not enough. BUT I just took my national certification test. I get the results Friday the 12th. If I passed I get a promotion to Lead Technician which come with at least one maybe two raises (one for the certification and another for the promotion) I'm hoping I can push my pay to $12-15 I know still not much but ... its something. I'm hoping to start on my masters as soon as I can Afford to take the GREs. Looknig at a masters in Applied Linguistics with two teaching certs (TESL and TESOL).
For those that need an update on the romantic front. I've been engaged for over a year to Chuck. We've been dating since last May. We are living in Hopatcong. Probably looking at a spring wedding. Gotta plan it so his grandmother is around to enjoy it :) Chuck is so sweet and a lot of fun to be around. I'm finally moving up in the alphabet .. my kids wont be able to hide behind a W last name LOL.
For those of you that know about the rats .. they've all crossed the bridge, Kahlua being the final one this past Monday. Play hard at the bridge Schmirnoff, Baccardi, Absolute, Bailey, and Kahlua. You are very missed. {/Update}
