Summary: As each member is busy with their own individual jobs, Ohno-kun goes to visit each of them on the day of their 14th anniversary and gives them a gift that reminds them that together, as one, they are a masterpiece.

On the set of Kamisama no Karute 2
“Sho-chan!”
Sakurai Sho stopped in his steps as he heard somebody yell his name. When he turned around, he saw Ohno-kun standing there, waving his hand.
“Please let him in,” Sho told the security guard, and Ohno was able to walk into the filming area on the streets of Nagano.
“Leader, what are you doing here?” Sho asked as he invited Ohno inside to the hospital where they were filming.
“Well since you are so busy today and can’t seem to meet up for our anniversary, I decided to come see you!” Ohno exclaimed.
“You came all the way to Nagano to see me?” Sho yelled, his heart warmed with gratitude for his leader.
“It’s weird not celebrating together and it won’t be fair for you to be here all by yourself without some Arashi love,” Ohno said with a lopsided smile.
“Well I’m glad you came,” Sho chuckled.
“Are you busy Sho-chan?” Ohno asked.
“Well I have a twenty minute break before filming again. Sorry I couldn’t stay with you longer,” Sho said, a frown began to form on his lips.
“It’s okay!” Ohno exclaimed.
“Leader, I don’t think I’ve ever seen you so cheerful,” Sho commented.
“It’s our birthday, of course I’ll be happy!” Ohno proclaimed.
“Here, I came to bring you something,” Ohno said as he reached into his bag to pull out a brown envelope.
Sakurai Sho gently opened the envelope and took out its contents. When he flipped the page over, a great smile radiated across his features.
“Ohno-kun…”
“I drew it for you, I hope you like it,” Ohno said.
“Of course I like it,” Sho exclaimed. He continued to stare down at the drawing and was amazed at his leader’s artistic abilities and how accurate he can draw him.
The drawing was of him in his doctor’s coat with black pants and a stethoscope hanging around his neck. His hair was curly, like it was in the movie, and his circular glasses gave him an intelligent yet tired look. The background was shaded in a light red.
“Ah!” Sho suddenly gasped. “There’s our Arafes logo on the diaphragm of the stethoscope!”
“I’m glad you noticed it,” Ohno nodded approvingly.
Just as Sho was about to thank Ohno again for the drawing, one of the ADs came towards the pair and interrupted them.
“Sakurai-san, the director wants you to be ready in five minutes.”
“Thank you, tell him I will be there,” Sho replied in his business-like manner.
“Well I better get going then, don’t want to be in the way,” Ohno smiled.
“Wait leader!” Sho shouted and grabbed Ohno’s arm. “Thanks so much for the drawing. It means so much to me!”
Ohno smiled and nodded at Sho, “You’re welcome.”
“Oh!” Ohno exclaimed as he turned back around to Sho.
“Happy birthday Sho-chan!”
Sho grinned and waved at his leader, “Happy Birthday to you too, Ohno-kun!”

On the set of Haijmari no Uta
“Matsumoto-san, there is someone here to see you.”
Matsujun turned around and saw that his manager had just entered his dressing room. He placed down the script that he was just reviewing and replied, “Let them in.”
“Come in,” Jun said as a knock sounded from his door.
The door opened to reveal Ohno Satoshi.
“Ohno-kun! What are you doing here?” Jun exclaimed as his leader walked towards him.
“Well since you are so busy today, on our anniversary, I decided to come see you instead,” Leader answered as he sat next to the youngest member.
“That’s nice of your leader, I never thought you cared so much,” Jun smiled.
Ohno pouted and when he saw the light amusement in Matsujun’s eyes, he smiled.
“Well it seemed kind of weird that we are not together for our 14th anniversary and besides, I have the time,” Ohno said.
“I’m glad you came leader, I was upset when we couldn’t celebrate together today,” Jun said with a slight frown.
“Hey, you are filming, you should not be depressed,” Ohno said, trying to cheer Jun up.
“Here.” He said as he held out a large brown envelope to Jun.
“Eh? What is it?” Matsujun asked.
“Open it.”
Jun carefully opened the envelope and took out a white sheet of paper. He looked at it, and tears started to gather in his eyes.
Leader had hand drawn a picture of him. In the picture, he wore a light purple sweater with jeans on, and a camera was hanging around his neck. He had a big smile on his face, and his dark eyebrows were evident. The background to the picture was shaded in a soft purple, his favorite colour.
“Look here,” Ohno directed as he pointed to the camera.
When Jun looked closer, he was able to see the Arafes 2013 logo right on the lens of the camera.
Jun smiled at leader, and went to give him a (manly) hug.
“Thanks Leader! It looks exactly like me in Haijmari no Uta!” Jun exclaimed. “But why is the paper not straight? Why are the sides of the paper curved in and out?”
Ohno smiled secretly at the youngest member and turned toward the door.
He opened the door and before he left, turned around and said in a happy tone, “Happy Birthday Matsujun!”
A look of wonder passed Jun’s face before he shot leader a big smile and answered, “Happy birthday Leader!”

At the studio of Tensai Shimura Doubutsuen
Aiba Masaki was pacing in his dressing room. Today is Arashi’s 14th Anniversary, but I have to go back to Chiba tonight and all the other members are busy. This has never happened before.
As his mood began to dampen, he thought back to all the past years when he and the other members will get together to celebrate their group’s birthday. Although they have started to become busy and each member began to receive more and more individual jobs, they never missed Arashi’s birthday. I guess there’s a first time for everything, he sighed.
A knock at the door drew Aiba away from his thoughts as he got up to answer it.
“Ohno-kun!”
“Hey Aiba-chan,” Ohno answered. “Are you going to let me in?”
Aiba quickly got out of the way and let his leader in the room. “What are you doing here?” Aiba asked when he got over his initial shock.
Why does everybody keep on asking me that? Ohno thought.
“Well since you are busy tonight, I thought I’ll come see you before you left for Chiba,” Ohno smiled.
“Eh?”
“It’s the first time that we are not celebrating Arashi’s anniversary together, so I felt that as the leader of the group, I should go around and visit the members,” Ohno said and grinned at Aiba’s shock.
“Aw Leader, that’s so nice,” Aiba said as tears threaten the fall from his eyes.
“Now, now Aiba-chan, no need to cry,” Ohno laughed.
“I’m NOT crying!” Aiba shouted as he sniffled and used his sleeve to wipe away some tears.
“Here,” Ohno said as he once again pulled out a brown envelope for Aiba.
“What is it?” he asked.
“It’s a birthday present,” Ohno answered.
Aiba eagerly tore open the envelope while ensuring to not to damage anything inside. When he saw the contents of the envelope, tears began to fall.
Ohno had drawn a picture of him in his doubutsuen overalls, with his Masaki.com yellow helmet on his head, and dark brown shoes. The picture was of him winking and pointing at the helmet, with a big smile across his face. The background was shaded in a light green colour.
“There’s even the Arafes logo on the overall pocket,” Aiba cried. “And the shape of the painting is so special, only two sides have straight edges!”
“Aiba-chan, it’s just a drawing. No need to get so emotional,” Leader laughed.
“It’s not just a drawing Ohno-kun. I can tell that you spent a lot of time and effort on his picture. Thank you so much,” he sobbed.
Ohno grinned at his group member and threw an arm him. “Happy Birthday Aiba-chan,” he whispered.
Aiba looked up and an enormous smile appeared on his tear-streaked face. “Happy Birthday Leader.”

At Nino’s house
The doorbell rang for the fifth time, and Ninomiya Kazunari had finally had enough. Who is disturbing me as I try to beat this boss level!
He marched to his front door and threw it open. Just as he was about to yell at the unwelcomed visitor, the smiling face of Ohno appeared in front of him.
“Gosh, I was wondering when you would open the door. I knew you were in because you said that the meeting for “Nino-san” doesn’t start until 7:00pm,” Ohno stated. “What took you so long?”
Nino poked his head out the door and when the coast was clear, pulled Ohno into the house and locked the door behind him.
“I was trying to beat the final level of this new game I bought!” he explained.
“Well then, I’ll make it quick,” Ohno answered.
Nino stared at Ohno inquisitively as Leader dug through his bag. “Um, Ohno-san, what are you doing here and what are you looking for in your bag?” Nino asked.
“Wait, you’ll know in a minute,” Ohno said just as he pulled out his last brown envelope. “Here you go,” he said as he handed it over to Nino.
“What is this? You came all the way over here to give me this?” Nino uttered in confusion.
“Would you just open it?” Ohno said as he rolled his eyes.
Nino gingerly opened the enveloped and pulled out the white sheet of paper. He gasped at the drawing in front of him.
“What is this? You got my nose wrong, it doesn’t look so huge. And you drew my DS way too small. What’s with your proportions? The Arafes logo is too small, I can hardly see it! And why is this paper cut in such a weird fashion? What’s the point with having two sides of the paper straight cut and then the other side wavy?” Nino complained.
A hint of annoyance flashed in Ohno’s eyes and just as he was about to retort Nino’s comments, he noticed that Nino stared at the drawing with a look of awe and wonder on his face.
Ohno smiled and all annoyance was instantly washed away.
“That’s how I pictured you to be. When I thought of you, those are the first things that came to my mind,” Ohno explained.
“I always see you in that blue t-shirt with those semi-ripped jeans. Of course you always carry around your DS with you so I had to include that too, and I just added the Arafes logo to make it more personal. The background is coloured yellow because it’s your favorite colour and it reflects your warm personality. I sorry that the proportions aren’t right but that’s why I’m an artist and not an architect,” Ohno joked.
Nino stared at his Leader and appreciation shone from his entire being. He cleared his throat, and looked at the drawing again. “Well thanks for the drawing,” he said.
Ohno chuckled and replied, “You’re welcome.”
“Now it’s time for you to go so I can beat my game before leaving for the meeting,” Nino said, trying to hide his embarrassment at criticizing his leader.
“Okay, it’s getting late anyways,” Ohno said as he opened the door.
Nino came up behind him and was about to close his door, when Ohno’s arm shot up to stop it.
Ohno smiled at Nino’s questioning expression, and said warmly, “Happy Birthday Nino.”
Just as the door shut behind him, Nino’s quiet voice reach Ohno’s ears.
“Happy Birthday Ohno-kun.”

It was a long day for Ohno Satoshi as he finally reached home. He headed to Nagano at 8:00 in the morning and now it was 7:00pm when he began to trudge up the steps to his house.
He was greeted by his parents when he entered and with a “I’m home,” he continued up another flight of stairs to his room.
Once in, he fell onto his bed, completely exhausted. As he stared at the ceiling of his room, the day’s activities flooded back into his mind. He suddenly sat up and reached for his sketch book sitting on his night table. He flipped it open and something fluttered out. He reached for the piece of paper that fell out and smiled. When he drew pictures of the other members, he had decided to draw one of himself too. This was probably one of the hardest drawings he drew because it was hard to get your own features right. In this picture, he drew himself with a fishing rod, and a tuna was attached to the end of it. He was wearing a red safety vest with sandals and shorts on. He had a gray cap on his head with the Arafes logo on it. The background to his picture was blue, but unlike all the other pictures, all sides to his picture were cut irregularly with no straight sides.
Just as he was admiring his own artwork, he heard the doorbell ring and his mom’s voice calling for him.
“Satoshi, can you get the door?”
Ohno sighed as he headed for the door. When he opened it, his mouth dropped in shock.
“Surprise!”
Outside of his house, standing on the porch were Sakurai Sho, Matsumoto Jun, Aiba Masaki, and Ninomiya Kazunari.
“Eh?”
“Leader, aren’t you even going to let us in? It’s freezing out here,” Matsujun said as the four men shoved Ohno aside and went into the house.
“Eh? Why are you guys here? How did you know where I lived?” Ohno asked, still shocked at the sudden appearance of all the members.
“We always knew where you lived, this time, you’re mother invited us over too!” Sho answered as he took his jacket off.
Ohno stared at the four as they walked past him and entered the living room.
“Leader, would you stop looking at us like we are ghosts, gosh,” Nino said.
“But why are you guys here?” Ohno asked again.
“Well I finished filming early so I speeded back to Tokyo,” Sho smiled.
“I told my parents that I was really busy and they understood so I was able to stay here tonight and not have to travel to Chiba,” Aiba said as he began to eat the crackers that Ohno’s mom had prepared for them.
“We finished filming and editing early too today,” Jun said as he began to fight Aiba for the crackers.
“I pushed the meeting to tomorrow,” Nino answered.
“Huh? Why?” Ohno asked.
“You were right Leader, it’s our 14th anniversary and we’d never missed a year before so why should we start now?” Sho said.
Ohno smiled at the rest of the members, and suddenly a thought came into his mind.
“Did you guys bring the drawing I gave to you this morning?” Ohno asked. “Man, if I’d known that you will all be here now, I wouldn’t have gone through all that trouble to coming to visit you guys!” he pouted.
“Leader if you never made that effort this morning, I don’t think we would have been so willingly to clear our schedules for right now,” Jun informed him.
When the four members pulled out their drawings from Ohno, he asked them to place it on the carpet as he also retrieved the drawing of himself. As he starting to rearrange them, a collective gasp could be heard.
“It’s a puzzle!” Aiba exclaimed.
“So that’s why my piece looked so weird!” Nino said as the revelation set upon him.
“Yes, it is a puzzle and now we have all the pieces,” Ohno smiled as he looked down at his masterpiece.
The “puzzle” was made of five pieces. Sho’s piece was located in the right upper corner while Matsujun’s was in the left upper corner. Aiba was in the left lower corner and Nino in the last corner, Ohno himself was the middle piece.
“Why a puzzle, leader? Jun asked.
“Because I thought we were like pieces to a puzzle. Arashi is the finished piece and although we alone can stand as individual pieces, we will shine brightly together and be a masterpiece together. Arashi is not Arashi with somebody missing, just like how a puzzle is not completed without that very last piece in its rightful place. Together we are Arashi, and no matter what happens in the future, no matter how busy we are or how far we are from each other, we will always carry a piece of Arashi with us. Every one of us has a great part in this “Arashi puzzle” and we cannot be the great group that we are even if one of the members is missing.” Ohno said.
“So let’s be together forever,” he said as he looked at the other members.
Tears were falling from the eyes of both Aiba and Jun and Sho was on the verge of tears. Nino gave leader a small smile, before a sly look passed over his face.
“So leader, why do you get to be the middle piece?”
With that, laughter erupted in the room until Ohno’s mother called for them.
“Boys, your celebration dinner is ready!”
The five looked at each other, and smiled as they all proceeded to the kitchen together, as a group, celebrating their 14th anniversary.

“Now it’s time for you to go so I can beat my game before leaving for the meeting,” Nino said, trying to hide his embarrassment at criticizing his leader.
“Okay, it’s getting late anyways,” Ohno said as he opened the door.
Nino came up behind him and was about to close his door, when Ohno’s arm shot up to stop it.
Ohno smiled at Nino’s questioning expression, and said warmly, “Happy Birthday Nino.”
Just as the door shut behind him, Nino’s quiet voice reach Ohno’s ears.
“Happy Birthday Ohno-kun.”

It was a long day for Ohno Satoshi as he finally reached home. He headed to Nagano at 8:00 in the morning and now it was 7:00pm when he began to trudge up the steps to his house.
He was greeted by his parents when he entered and with a “I’m home,” he continued up another flight of stairs to his room.
Once in, he fell onto his bed, completely exhausted. As he stared at the ceiling of his room, the day’s activities flooded back into his mind. He suddenly sat up and reached for his sketch book sitting on his night table. He flipped it open and something fluttered out. He reached for the piece of paper that fell out and smiled. When he drew pictures of the other members, he had decided to draw one of himself too. This was probably one of the hardest drawings he drew because it was hard to get your own features right. In this picture, he drew himself with a fishing rod, and a tuna was attached to the end of it. He was wearing a red safety vest with sandals and shorts on. He had a gray cap on his head with the Arafes logo on it. The background to his picture was blue, but unlike all the other pictures, all sides to his picture were cut irregularly with no straight sides.
Just as he was admiring his own artwork, he heard the doorbell ring and his mom’s voice calling for him.
“Satoshi, can you get the door?”
Ohno sighed as he headed for the door. When he opened it, his mouth dropped in shock.
“Surprise!”
Outside of his house, standing on the porch were Sakurai Sho, Matsumoto Jun, Aiba Masaki, and Ninomiya Kazunari.
“Eh?”
“Leader, aren’t you even going to let us in? It’s freezing out here,” Matsujun said as the four men shoved Ohno aside and went into the house.
“Eh? Why are you guys here? How did you know where I lived?” Ohno asked, still shocked at the sudden appearance of all the members.
“We always knew where you lived, this time, you’re mother invited us over too!” Sho answered as he took his jacket off.
Ohno stared at the four as they walked past him and entered the living room.
“Leader, would you stop looking at us like we are ghosts, gosh,” Nino said.
“But why are you guys here?” Ohno asked again.
“Well I finished filming early so I speeded back to Tokyo,” Sho smiled.
“I told my parents that I was really busy and they understood so I was able to stay here tonight and not have to travel to Chiba,” Aiba said as he began to eat the crackers that Ohno’s mom had prepared for them.
“We finished filming and editing early too today,” Jun said as he began to fight Aiba for the crackers.
“I pushed the meeting to tomorrow,” Nino answered.
“Huh? Why?” Ohno asked.
“You were right Leader, it’s our 14th anniversary and we’d never missed a year before so why should we start now?” Sho said.
Ohno smiled at the rest of the members, and suddenly a thought came into his mind.
“Did you guys bring the drawing I gave to you this morning?” Ohno asked. “Man, if I’d known that you will all be here now, I wouldn’t have gone through all that trouble to coming to visit you guys!” he pouted.
“Leader if you never made that effort this morning, I don’t think we would have been so willingly to clear our schedules for right now,” Jun informed him.
When the four members pulled out their drawings from Ohno, he asked them to place it on the carpet as he also retrieved the drawing of himself. As he starting to rearrange them, a collective gasp could be heard.
“It’s a puzzle!” Aiba exclaimed.
“So that’s why my piece looked so weird!” Nino said as the revelation set upon him.
“Yes, it is a puzzle and now we have all the pieces,” Ohno smiled as he looked down at his masterpiece.
The “puzzle” was made of five pieces. Sho’s piece was located in the right upper corner while Matsujun’s was in the left upper corner. Aiba was in the left lower corner and Nino in the last corner, Ohno himself was the middle piece.
“Why a puzzle, leader? Jun asked.
“Because I thought we were like pieces to a puzzle. Arashi is the finished piece and although we alone can stand as individual pieces, we will shine brightly together and be a masterpiece together. Arashi is not Arashi with somebody missing, just like how a puzzle is not completed without that very last piece in its rightful place. Together we are Arashi, and no matter what happens in the future, no matter how busy we are or how far we are from each other, we will always carry a piece of Arashi with us. Every one of us has a great part in this “Arashi puzzle” and we cannot be the great group that we are even if one of the members is missing.” Ohno said.
“So let’s be together forever,” he said as he looked at the other members.
Tears were falling from the eyes of both Aiba and Jun and Sho was on the verge of tears. Nino gave leader a small smile, before a sly look passed over his face.
“So leader, why do you get to be the middle piece?”
With that, laughter erupted in the room until Ohno’s mother called for them.
“Boys, your celebration dinner is ready!”
The five looked at each other, and smiled as they all proceeded to the kitchen together, as a group, celebrating their 14th anniversary.
