I was able to get my Arashi membership card through the steps shown in this website:

However, when I tried to log-in to johnnys net, it's asking for my password which was supposedly the last 4 digits of my contact number. When I did that though, it came back as error. Reading through the comments of the je-help lj website, it seems like several

As far as I remember, you get an SMS with a temporary password.

Thank you for your response. I tried to log-in using my phone instead of my laptop and for some strange reason, it worked there when I used the last 4 digits of my contact number as password.

This is from what I remember doing, since I'm not on my PC now. There is a way to retreive your access, by asking for authorization key by asking them to send it as SMS.  There is a link under the login, click it and there should be further  explanation. It only works for an hour or two, so make sure you have it at hand.
Be careful, the FC will ban you from logging in if you insert the wrong password more than 3 times. If this happens you have to repeat the authorization process again or even have to call/fax the FC (this happened to me when I forgot to update my new phone).

One of my friends had the same problem. Did you register two different phone numbers?
If you registered both your cellphone number and your landline number you have to use the second one as a password.
After the first access you'll be able to set a new password.
