I know there are very legit music services run that make it easy for people to obtain rights to songs (at least Western songs) for things like covers. Check out Limelight (https://songclearance.com) or RightsFlow (http://rightsflow.com/). JE seems crazy strict with rights, so I'm not sure how that would work with them, but it's worth a shot.

How bout contacting JE through their web? There should be any 'contact us' link at the web i think...
