I am really thankful that I did not scare you away in the beginning of this fic, despite having Jun be the reason for Sho losing his ship, his crew, his whole word. It was important for the story, since Jun probably would not have been able to change Sho's way of thinking if he could not start from square one.
I did my best to create a natural flow in Sho and Jun's relationship, despite the limited time we had for this exchange, since I wanted it to seem reasonable, how Sho moved from hating Jun for what he'd done, to come to understand the desires which drives Jun in this story, even going as far as to fall in love with the complicated pirate. Additionally, I wanted Jun to be both a great pirate and leader, but also emotional and driven, as our real Matsumoto Jun is (: Honestly, this combination did have its complications, so I am very happy to hear that it worked out and came together in the end. Thank you for telling me that :')
Since I see Sho as an incredibly strong person with an iron will and pride, I wanted to convey that in the story too. I cannot imagine Sho as being broken that easily.
I am incredibly happy that I made you root for these two strong, very different characters of Sho and Jun, it is probably the main goal in love stories such as this x) So thank you, thank you SO much for giving me this lovely comment. I hope I will see you around when I publish a sequel ;D
