After ?? pays the 10,000,000 to Amuse, the remaining debt will be exempted, meaning Amuse incurs a loss of bad debt equal to 500,000,000 JPY.
Koide Keisuke who turns 34 this year, filmed a drama for a time in Osaka last May, and then was exposed drinking and having sexual relations with a 17 year old girl. The course of events involved sexual assualt, thus an infinite stop of showbiz activities. The lead actor's NHK drama broadcast was cancelled as well as other TV dramas, movies replaced actors and filmed again, endorsement contracts and others gave rise to many reparation problems. This caused his agency at the time Amuse to respond to the problems.
Clearly a great part of ??'s debt comes from Amuse paying the compensation money in their place. Besides, last September Koide Keisuke faced Osaka police with vague ordinances strongly against teenage pregnancy passed, and has been captured last December without a lawsuit.
