Not sure if this was as explicit as you wanted or as close to what you were looking for but this is what I came up with ^^;;; I put english words in the single '' and in italics but I'm not sure if the italics will show up or not, but I hope it's (semi) enjoyable in the least~

Ohno squirmed under Sakurai’s hands running up and down the length of his revealed body while a mouth ravaged his neck.
“Sho, I thought…we were…going to wait until…we got to your house?” Ohno struggled to say.
“Why would I do that…when I can have you right here?” Sakurai whispered into his neck only pausing to kiss him fully on his lips.

Sakurai lifted his head from Ohno. A devilish smile happened upon his face. A light bulb lit up in his mind. Sakurai then slowly leans down close to Ohno’s ear and whispers, “How about I teach you English in a way you’d understand…”
Shivers and goose bumps raced up Ohno’s body as Sakurai bit onto his ear.
“This is an ‘ear’. And a ‘neck’.” Sakurai proceeded to lick the older man’s neck.
Sakurai’s hands fumbled with Ohno’s remaining clothes while he kept his mouth busy on Ohno’s upper body. Once he managed to have Ohno’s pants unbuckled and pulled down, he tossed his shoes somewhere, along with his socks and soon enough, Ohno was bare naked on the floor, helpless and aroused.
