The Mixer
What I've made so far:
raspberry semifreddo
coffee mini muffins
chocolate mini muffins with peanut butter icing.
Verdict:
OMG the mixer is teh roxx0r! it mixes, whips and blends perfectly. I will always have perfectly creamed butter and sugar for my future baking projects and rigidly, stiffly whipped egg whites and cream.
It's a piece of cake (heh) to clean too.
