On this day
I did waste my time playing NintendoDS which Aodhan did give me for my birthday. I also did eat many small cakes of various sizes and shapes and tastes which Ting and Alex did give unto me for my birthday. Yum.
I did also visit various sundry rental agencies in varying degrees of tidiness and professionalism. In one, an old man with a limp did give me a map of the area, and with a shaking hand did write numbers on the map where the various apartments were. And I did thank him in Japanese, a little shaken. In another, an energetic young Japanese girl did ramble on in Japanese thinking I understood. But I did not. In another, I was fed green tea and did converse in fragmented English and Japanese. Perhaps I shall next time see the apartments I got information about.
