November, penultimate week.
Random stuff from this past week:
-- Gunners three points clear on top of the table!!!! Ohh yeaaa. I was following the gamecast of both Arsenal's & MU's matches on soccernet, and when the end results were up, couldn't help but squee 'omg anelka ILU thankyouuuuh!!!' Oh well, at least he was a gunner once :p
And England didn't make it to the Euro finals. Ahah..ahahahah..hahah... ^^;; So Imbi, dahling, does this means you'll back out from our 'mission possible' next year? :p You're lucky I'm so swamped with my school assignments, or else I'll be irritating the hell out of you about both MU and England -- swamping your phone inbox, email, frenster, whatever, with annoying messages like what you usually do when my gunnerboys aren't having a really good day. But I won't. Because I'm nice (and have other stuff to do). So just a big :P for you this time. Oh, make that three :p :p !!!
-- The mid-term paper for multiculturalism class, where i analyse one of my favorite film, Bend It Like Beckham, was given back to us. Surprise, I got an A (yaye!). Now this could boost my confidence a bit, I suppose.
-- Tri is having a girly crush on me. ahahahahahhh XD
-- Been quite a while since I went to Kino... wahh, lot's of interesting new stuff. Those publishers really know how how to package their products. I want those Vintage Twins thingies. And the thin, tiny, lovely Penguin Great Love series. And lots of other things T__T
-- My cousin's wedding last weekend, which was a really nice little reception.... in which us girls (mes cousines, ma soeur, et moi) somehow got fangirly on the wedding photographer. And the guy NOTICED, for sure. everyone noticed. It was TOO OBVIOUS, guh XD
-- So plane tickets & room are booked for the trip!! I'm going on a weekend trip to Singapore two weeks from now ^___^ I'm actually a bit worried now because when we ordered tix I thought the term finals would be around the end of December... but turns out that it's exactly the week after the weekend. I have three final papers to be submitted that week. And that week's also Jiffest week. Oh dear. I'll be singing Muse's Time Is Running Out with all my heart that week, most likely.
I'm going with her and him, and this last week has been exasperating because the both of them are the kind of people who typically DOESN'T REPLY to sms messages. And their phones are kinda hard to contact anyway. It's pretty annoying, especially when you're short of phone credits, and you know they know that. Communication breakdown eh -__-
-- Amichi's back from her Sweden++ eurotrip! Okaeri! ^_^ She got me the Malajube cd I've been wanting, thaaaanks luv! (Ironically, Malajube aren't even from Europe. Hee). And we watched Enchanted; 'twas a fun movie. My fave character is Prince Edward - he's such a crackk XD James Marsden's perfect for that role.

-- Was going to see an ArtSummit performance with Miss Ajeng last Friday, but then distraction came in the form of a very cheap tickets offer for JakJazz day one from Imbi. But in the end, didn't go to either gig, went home and slept early instead. Hah. Must!Set!Priorities!!! Have!To!Save!For!Trip!And!Jiffest!!!
-- Impulsively bought 3 dvds when I accompanied sis to Poins yesterday: L'Enfer (for Guillaume Canet and because I heard it's good - been looking for it), Romulus My Father (for Franka Potente), and 2 Days in Paris (initially for Daniel Brühl, but also because it's set in Paris and written/directed/edited/starred/music-composed/produced by the awesome Julie Delpy). But wtf, when I tried them last night, the two french films don't have subtitles!!! O___o; Woe.
Wah. That was a pretty long randomness. Now back to papers.
