It's October 24th and I've got some milestones to report, some in the past and others in the future, some meaningful and others meaningless.
Milestone #1: Today was my last physical therapy session! I don't have all my range of motion back but I'm getting there.
Milestone #2: I got a membership at one of the gyms in town. Since the money is coming directly out of my paycheck, I'm hoping that'll be enough of a motivator to stick to my exercice schedule.
Milestone #3: I read a book from cover to cover. It's the first book I've actually finished since January 06. It's called A Long Way Down and it's about suicide. It's not as depressing as you might think.
Milestone #4: Starting December 18th I will be on vacation for two weeks and a day. I am entitled to 10 days off this year and so I'll be away from my desk for the last half of December. Next year, we all get 20 days off! As for this year's vacation, I might be heading out West for a visit before heading to parts unknown. So, I was wondering which one of you will still be working on the week of December 18th. Who else is taking a vacation around the same time and what are your plans?
