World Cup news...

I predicted the Round of 16 qualifiers with about 66% accuracy. With skills like that, I could make predictions based on exit poll data at elections.

The Semi-finals are half set. Germany and Italy have qualified on one side. The other will be the winners of England v. Portugal (being played as we speak), and the winner of Brazil v. Satan's Country/France (which will be played in a few hours).

England will beat Portugal. Brazil will beat the Armpit of the World (France). Oddly enough, the last time Brazil lost a World Cup match was in 1998, against the Cesspoolians, in the capital city of Cesspoolia (for which I am suddenly at a loss to come up with a creative name).

England will have problems with Brazil. I am a huge Anglophile. I want nothing more than to see a Germany v. England final. I don't think England will beat Brazil, however.

But at least the English fans will get to sing there song about the star Brazilian player...

He's fat! He's round! He's worth ten million pounds! Ronaldo!
