Today I joined up at sparkpeople.com (weight and fitness tracking site). It's free and pretty good, with lots of helpful stuff and easy-to-use logging. The add a food part is tricky if you're not American, though, as the listed foods are nearly all things I've never heard of, and quite simple things - like cappuccino - aren't in there except as brand varieties. I don't eat much brand-name food as I actually like to cook, so it was a lot of work to log my vegetarian roast dinner. :) I guess it'll get easier as I work stuff out and add stuff.
According to its stats I'm kind of mid-range overweight, so I've set a goal that puts me at the top edge of the normal weight band, to be achieved by December. Really hoping it works!
