Ok, for all you Richard Armitage and Georgette Heyer fans, Richard Armitage has done a couple Georgette Heyer books on tape, and at the moment, audible.com is running a promotion where if you sign up, you get a free audio book download. You can cancel the membership immediately after signing up if you like (which is what I did). So, I highly recommend one of these three:
The covers are horrible, and they are abridged, but just imagine--Richard Armitage reading The Convenient Marriage! Definitely worth it. (By the way, did I mention that Convenient Marriage is one of my favorite Heyer books? No, I don't know why...)
Also, amazon.com is running a
promotion where if you tweet about Amazon Instant Video, they'll give you a $5 credit. I don't actually have a twitter (I find it rather inane, and pointless, especially since my cell phone doesn't access the web) so I created one that I just use for promotions like this. Hey, $5 is $5! It got me some Robin Hood BBC episodes...speaking of, Marian's death? I'm still not over it.... :(
