(no subject)
So, I found a job! I'm the newest Sam's Club cashier...isn't that exciting? No, not really, but it is a job, which in this state is awfully hard to come by. :) And they did give me Memorial Day off, which I was quite grateful for. We went to the beach--quite nice. :) I played in the water for 20 minutes (nearly froze) and spent the rest of the time reading The King's Speech: How One Man Saved the British Monarchy. It was really good--I really want to see this movie, but haven't yet--I've got a pretty low threshold for profanity, so there's a bit of an internal debate going on. Anyone seen it? Thoughts?
But yes, that is my idea of a day at the beach--20 minutes in the water, and then a good book. :D
