FFXIII babblings

I mean it's all in Japanese, but the fact that there's a site up means there's a good chance it'll be out for Christmas in Japan! <3
The trailer they have up has gorgeous shots of Shiva, Ifrit, Siren, and Carbuncle!
The trailer is actually one they've shown before with one specific change - at the end where it used to say "for Playstation 3 only" it now says "for Playstation 3 only in Japan" This implies to me that the Japanese version will only be on PS3, which makes sense - the XBox is doing horribly over there, but the US and EU versions will also be available on XBox 360, which makes sense because the XBox is doing well over here.
I also believe I saw a news article saying that Squeenix was planning on releasing FFXIII simultaneously in America and Europe, but it said nothing about simultaneous with Japan.
