Last week we got the news on 10 members of E-Girls starring in an upcoming drama and also providing the theme song for the series.

Now that we're getting more details on the single, and since it hadn't been reported here yet, we can share a more extended post on this

this post represent what's on my mind about EXPG girl groups... LDH being so random about their female's artist..

Except for Flower who did follow the usual path, yes they are random. But I don't think they are with E-Girls as they have taken any good chance for the mea-unit and, despite what some people say, E-Girls helped some of the individual units gain more exposure and fans. The thing is, since Happiness had to cancell their own tour and wait almost forever for MAYU to recover (even with that, at last minute she decided not to take part on the Musha Shugyo), they haven't been active at all for almost 2 years. Also, during that time MIMU decided to finally resign and never come back from her hiatus. Another agency would probably kept releasing without both the girls, they did it just without MIMU though, and immediatly cancelled any activities when MAYU got sick. I am sure that if they hadn't done the Musha Shugyou battle, they probably pushed back the Sunshine Dream single too

I'm tottally agree with all your opinions... even though MAYU has comeback but she haven't doing actual activities.. ( i mean in a released as vocalist not as performer like in Gomekiss single) but still waiting Happiness get their new releases too.
Now, Flower have 8 members (since Erina decide to withdrawl from the group T___T) and 3 vocals was exist, same as with Happiness formation right?? just like this two group can compete fairly right now! LOL
and about Dream same as with you thought, their current single really not appropriate with their image, I love Dream fierce image but they seems go with the flow girl group trends who have cheerfull and kawaii image.. >___<

I have no idea about LOVE, but LDH should manage all their artist better than before.. but they're become bigger year by year and this is the reason why Hiro decides to retire and focus to manage the agency.. :v

Happiness hardly had 2 vocalists, I mean, judging by their fans comments, KAREN is still weak on her live skills but also in the studio. However, I do listen to their first releases and current ones, even E-Girls' and she has indeed improved. The thing is, they decided to join in one more member. When they added Anna and Ruri some of us feared maybe MAYU wouldn't come back, because we already saw that happenning with MIMU. But at the end, it wasn't like that. Other LDH female performance groups have performers who can sing, like Flower, we do know some of the original members did take on singing lessons, Erina herself wasn't bad as a singer, but since they joined in to be performers, they won't ever play the vocalist card. Ruri had been already in E-Girls, but as a performer, so she didn't sing until she joined Happiness as both (vocalist and performer). The thing with Ruri's vocals is that her voice and technique are more mature than KAREN and MAYU's, so the difference is still wide. Although I don't think they're going to use the 3

Thanks for your explanation. I find it interesting to read your post.

When Happiness debuted with Kiss Me single, I immediately became their fan becoz of their style of dancing was so cool.
I agree with you about Karen's voice as her voice was very weak at the three first singles but has improved these days though I think her singing voice still has problem in live performances. I prefer Mayu's voice but unfortunately she took off from the group activies due to her sickness. I hope next time when they release single, Mayu can sing again.

Yes, I do believe they haven't released anything after the Musha Shugyou because they do want to come back with the group as a whole. Loosing MIMU was already some disapointment for most of the fans who were waiting for her, so after MAYU got sick, they even cancelled the tour they were doing, for obvious reasons. Now they have added the new members and already released something with them, but if they kept on without MAYU, I am sure some fans might get upset and stop supporting them, and that means less sells.

Yes, I also hope for the whole group promoting new single together in future.

BTW, I'm looking forward to E-girls' drama.
