yeah it does. It was probably a forced resigning letter type of thing. It makes it look better on the person resigning as well as the company compared to being fired.
but the agency and the members are still contradicting each other, because the agency notice says they terminated his contract due to infringement while all of KAT-TUN only mention that Koki withdrew. i don't see the point in saving face from the members' side, when the agency says it out right anyway :/ or maybe it's just a lost in translation thing :)

entertainment companies are weird like that too though. Either way by saying he withdrew it looks better on Koki for the most part.

kinda at a loss for words cause of how sudden it is, but I feel like he was bound to wind up in trouble anyway. so sad :'(
