OP, their last remaining super stan, cries tears of delusional rejoice.

After two flop label changes, J-rock/pop duo Zwei are geared up to release their third album, titled "Re:Set," on April 24th.

The album contains only three new songs: the other eleven were all previously released over the past couple of years on singles, including singer Ayumu's solo single, "Occultics no Majou.

Zwei has seen increased popularity since switching to anison label 5pb. in 2010. Before that they were on major label Universal Japan, but only released two singles before being dropped from their contract. Before that they were best known for being lady killers on the Tokyo independent label VAP, with which they released their first two albums "Pretty Queen" and "Z (Zeta)." Recently they have enjoyed some of their biggest career successes by offering songs to the ROBOTICS;NOTES franchise. Their latest single, "Junjou Spectra" charted in the Oricon top 30, their best ranking ever for a single. (Their album "Pretty Queen" hit #11 on the album dailies back in the day.)

"Re:Set" will come with two new PVs for the title song and "Junjou Spectra". Check out the tracklist and album digest below!

OP is so happy that their flawfree B-sides made it onto the album! A whole album of anison would've been gag, but I can handle only 3/4 with some badass on the side. How about y'all? ARE YOU EXCITED? I expect a lot of comments along the lines of "OMG I USED TO LOVE THEM I TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT THEM AAAAAH" do not disappoint me Arama.
