Mmm... since a long time ago? I don't know when it started but the first time I heard this was in 2009. That's why he had to go to the hospital to get IV in the past and it seems that he had to stop filming a couple of times during GANTZ for the same reason.
This is just my though, but I guess that's why sometimes you can see him hitting/massaging his low back in variety shows T.T

Sorry, may I know what is Vita Sexualis? Is it the manga? :D
I never heard about Nino would being in it though... (waa, and haven't heard Jun's going to role in movie too) XD

Hey!

Well, "Vita Sexualis" is a novel published more than 150 years ago. In fact, I think it celebrates its 150th anniversary this year.
It's a book about the sexual awakening of it's author, basically.
There was a rumor a few weeks back that Nino was going to star in the movie adaptation of it and ... well, it turned out just to be a misunderstanding because the name of the translator is "Ninomiya Kazuya" or something similar like that :)

Ah, I see, I thought it's from a manga since there's one called that (but somehow it looks a bit echi) XD
