Weekly Oricon Chart: Albums/Singles
Popular Korean group, KARA achieved their first no.1 album with "Super Girl," their second Japanese album. This has made them the highest-selling foreign female group so far, surpassing Shoujo Jidai's "GIRLS' GENERATION" which sold 232k in the first week. For more details about the albums chart, go here.
In the singles chart, AKB48 sub-unit, French Kiss topped the chart for the first time with their 4th single, "Saisho no Mail." This is also their highest-selling first week sales so far, surpassing their 3rd single, "Kakkowarui I love you!" which sold 113k in the first week. For more details about singles chart, go here.
