The Tanokin Trio were kind of like a junior group of their time. Paired together for dramas. Mind you, this is back in 1979. The members were Kondo Masahiko (Still a solo artist under Johnys), Tahara Toshihiko (Solo artist, had a messy parting with Johnnys in the early 90's, still does music), and Nomura Yoshio (Went on to debut two years after Kondo and Tahara in The GOOD-BYE - a Johnnys rock band, pretty much. Left the company when they broke up and is still on good terms.).

Name came from each of their own names.

Need anything more on 'em?
