The Japanese videogame company
Square Enix revealed during the May 13 conference for its most recent annual financial results that it is developing one more "major MMO" (massively multi-player online) game besides Final Fantasy XIV. Square Enix CEO Yoichi Wada added that he think his company will announce this other MMO game within the year. Square Enix aims to regularly run two to three MMO games to maintain a steady cashflow. Wada spoke at the conference for Square Enix's financial results for the fiscal year ending in March 2011.
The Windows version of Final Fantasy XIV shipped worldwide last September, but Square Enix is delaying the PlayStation 3 version to address complaints about the earlier version.
