Rules for members seeking a translation
1) Find an article from a source you feel is reliable. Make sure that the article is recent and relates to the community. Our
source list is a good place to start :D
2) The original source MUST be included with the submitted article.
3) If your post is approved wait patiently for the translation.
4) Once the translation is complete submit the article to
aramatheydidnt for approval. Make sure that you give proper credit to the translator(s) who worked on the articles. "Translated by
nameofuser(s) @
arama_translate"
* Please note that these translations are intended for arama, so they must be posted to the community. Feel free to post the translations elsewhere but the proper credits must stay intact.
Rules for translators.
1) Make sure all the rules have been followed. Do not approve the article if..
- no original source is included
- the article has no relation to arama (japanese entertainment news)
- the article is old
- a similar article has already been posted at arama
2) Once you accept a post then you become responsible for it. Leave a comment to claim the translation. If for some reason you are unable to complete the translation then don't leave the person who submitted the article hanging, leave them another comment or message them :)
* Please try and not to be picky with what you translate. I'm sure it would be more interesting/fun to translate stuff that interests you but it's really unfair to the person seeking a translation to have their article just sitting there in the queue forever.
Any questions for concerns please feel free to ask!
