US Webhosting Followup

Thanks for all the suggestion on hosting but my associate, like usual, couldn't wait a day and went ahead and bought hosting with MyHosting.com - then dumped all the trouble of setting it up in my lap.

Firstly, their control panel is nearly incomprehensible. Nothing makes any logical sense.

We were promised they'd have the DNS set up with our hosting account. This has not been done. And there doesn't seem to be any way of assigning domains to our hosting.

Two of the five domains we bought are not available to us without proof of residency - yet those are the only two we can edit or do anything with.

And I eventually did find a link to the web content, only there are permission problems everywhere.

WTF? Seriously, people, lift your game. Now I have to phone them and deal with all this shit.

UPDATE: For the record, I've never had any trouble with hosting before this, besides Melbourne IT who use some weird type of OS. So if it doesn't use cPanel, avoid like the plague because it will have some really unusual custom control panel that won't make any sense.
