In terms of life-iness things. Hrmm.
I've pretty much got everything in order for Fanime, and I am pretty ridiculously excited. I've ordered both of my wigs, sewn my entire Lau costume, and figured out Japan and Ennis. As soon as my wigs come in the mail, I just have to style them, and I'm pretty much set. I plan to work on uniform!Japan, but if that doesn't get done, well, I wasn't planning on doing it anyways, so it's no big loss. I'll wear it to our local con.
As for school, it's going pretty well. I'm a little bit unmotivated, and falling a little behind because of that. The only class I'm really having any problems with is Sociology, as my teacher can't seem to figure out due dates, or maybe I just can't figure out his organization. And my grade is pretty low due to issues on my first test. But it's all fixable, I just have to motivate myself. Also, I'm writing an essay about aliens, so... that's fun, I guess?
My mom just got a new place, which I have yet to actually see. Still, I'm pretty excited for her. It's much smaller, though, which meant moving most of my stuff over to my dad's house. My room was pretty messy for awhile, but I cleaned it up earlier today. At the moment, it's just in a serious state of disorganization. I need a solid block of time to go through everything and organize it, and I fear that shall have to wait for summer, so vaguely disorganized it shall stay!
I also seem to have gotten my writing muse back from somewhere, so... that's good I guess? As usual, I cannot decide on which story to focus on, so I just kind of focus on all of them. This slows my productivity to a craw. As of this moment, my works in progress include:
-Furtivamente!, the Detective Conan/Baccano! crossover
-A Lau fic, for Kuroshitsuji. Which I keep changing. But I think I know where I'm going with it.
-Several Young Wizards oneshots inspired by the AWOM release. Mostly along the lines of serious fluff.
-My Supernatural/YW crossover. Which, considering the new Supernatural canon, might need to be revised a little bit. (But maybe not. I haven't decided.)
-An original piece about time travel and alternate universes. (Inspired by Doctor Who, this is totally not. /lyinglyinglying)
