So, y'know, I have been wanting to do this for a very long time. It is absolutely, utterly ridiculous. But I wanted to do it.

Dairine is the smart, witty second daughter of the Bennet-Callahan clan, a family of modest wizards who live in Nassau County, New York. She has good intentions, but is prone to quick judgments based on first impressions. She is a wizard of medium-power-levels who works with her sentient computer-partner, Spot.
Nita Bennet-Callahan
Nita is Dairine's easy-going older sister. She's sweet and unfailingly kind, and very loyal to her family, but sometimes rushes into situations without looking into them too closely. She has a moderate precognitive talent. She likes Kit Bingley-Rodriguez as soon as she meets him.
Peach Romeo-Swale
Actually the daughter of Carl Romeo and Tom Swale, Peach has been fostered with her cousins, the Bennet-Callahan family. She's willful and obstinate and has her own agenda, which she does not always tell people about. Nobody knows that she is actually the One's Champion incarnate.
Prince Roshaun Darcy ke Nelaid am Seriv am Teliuvye am Meseph am Veliz am Teriaunst am det Nuiiliat
A wizard and the prince of the planet Wellakh, Roshaun is proud, handsome, and often abrasive. He is best friends with Kit Bingley-Rodriguez. Roshaun and his planet have lots of historical conflict with the Lone Power.
Kit Bingley-Rodriguez
A young wizard who just recently moved to Nassau County, he's charming, kind and down-to-earth, as well as very well-liked. This makes his friendship with stand-offish Roshaun rather peculiar. He has liked Nita Bennet-Callahan since he met her. He enjoys hunting with his universe-traversing hound, Ponch.
Carmela Bingley-Rodriguez
The fashionable sister of Kit Bingley-Rodriguez, she is very cosmipolitan, sociable and flirtatious. She is supposedly interested in Roshaun, but is perhaps turning her attentions elsewhere.
Darryl Darcy-McAllister
Roshaun's sweetheart of a younger brother, Darryl's has recently come through his extended Ordeal with the Lone Power, which Kit Bingley-Rodriguez helped him through. He is also an Abdal, though he does not know it.
Ronan Collins-Nolan
An Irish wizard with a romantic connection to Nita. That would be weird for any of the Bennet-Callahan sisters, however, as he is embodied by a different version of their sister, the One's Champion.
Esemeli Wickham
A charming and beautiful young woman, she is not quite what she seems at first. She says she is ambivalent, and that she has been wronged, but she has a past that she is not telling about.
