Pictures?
So today I bought a new printer. I could ramble about the process of elimination in choosing one and such, but that would be boring. The point of this post is that I tested out the scanner function and can now torture everyone with my attempts at art. I'm telling you, trying to draw manga characters in your own style is...not as simple as drawing other things.
The scans are kind of crappy, since I didn't fool around with the settings overly much. Anyway:
Troika chilling at a ryokan:
I like how Renji and Sanada turned out, but couldn't get Yukimura right. Also, Renji's got his book pages-down on his lap - maybe he's only thinking about reading it. Doesn't matter. There is a chunk of fic to go with this, which may or may not ever get posted.
And a very, very small Yukimura:
