LJ Book makes a pdf (Adobe Acrobat) file of your journal, with pictures and comments, in 3 simple steps taking only a few minutes. I like having a book-format version that is fully searchable (although, at 135 pp., a bit long to print)!

ETA: html tables lose their formatting and borders in the conversion process. No idea what happens to memes.
