I've purchased a property to run a ... uhm... club.
While I have plenty of experience with the administration and so forth of the club itself, bar work isn't my forte.
I was wondering if for an investment to get the place up and running you would like to have a subsidiary of your pub here operating in my club. I'd take about 10% of your annual income for maintenance and so forth, but the rest of the profit will belong to you.
The bar would be entirely your jurisdiction. You would be free to appoint a manager who would answer to you ultimately, but would also be willing to take direction and so forth from me. Preferably someone with experience and who is able to handle working among a large number of erm... exotic dancers.
*pretty sure his wife would have an aneurism if she found him in that kind of company*
I'm... pretty settled here, so appointing a manager sounds good. *thinks* If you know the kind of person you're looking for, I'm happy to have you do the hiring, I'd only ask for final approval so I know it's someone I'm comfortable giving franchise control to.
There'll probably be some details to work out along the way, but yeah, it sounds good. :)

You mean like a franchise, a subsidiary branch?

Right then. All that remains is for me to draw up a contract around these terms and we're in business.

Right then. I have some other things I need to sort out right now, so I'll be off, but I'll be back with the draft document in a few days.
