Oh gods! This story is one of the reasons why I'm still reading gen - it would be a shame to miss something like this just because there's no smut. Beautifully written, spot-on characterization of a surviving post-war Snape: no big drama, but a heartwarming tale of an ex-Death eater turned ex-spy and acknowledged but still distrusted war hero on his quest to find his own personal home and lifestyle after leaving Hogwarts and St. Mungo's. I really hope that josanpq will continue the story although it could stand alone like this very well.... But purely for my reading pleasure I still root for a sequel or more chapters!
