I never know why white is so popular as a wedding dress colour as there are no virgins getting married anymore.

I agree. And white is a terrible colour. It isn't even a colour, it's the absence of it! Brides used to marry in red, I believe it was Queen Victoria that lauched that bride-in-white fashion.
About the virgins issue: How can there be any virgins left if the vikings are still out there?:PP
