So, I have a dilemma related to my job. Right now I am on a 2-week trial employment period, which means I might not be hired (I get paid for the hours I work during the two weeks). Also, I am not so good with the class room control and the discipline. In fact, I suck at it. The job is fun, but I can't really control the kids when they're being bad. Now, I have an offer for another job as a bus person. It pays more, it will be less hours, its closer to my house, and I'm pretty sure I can do it well. However, I don't have it yet, I'd have to go for an interview and be tried out for this job as well. I want to take the better paying job. But what if I don't get it? Should I quit on Wednesday (the end of the trial period) and hope this second offer comes in? Or should I just stick this job out and hope I get more control of the kids?
I think I'm going to quit.
