I want to write some words about Isshi, but...
I'm not sure what to say. I'm not a Kagrra, fan, but his death is really affecting me for some reason.
One of the first interviews I ever read when I was getting into Jrock was an interview with them on CD Japan. It didn't make me want to buy their music, but it made me like them quite a bit as people, and I think that's stayed with me ever since.
All things considered, I should probably be more upset over Taiji than Isshi, but I'm not. With Taiji, all I feel is relief. Relief that he's somewhere better, and not suffering anymore. It was a long time coming, and anyone who was shocked by it or the circumstances must not know much about him.
But Isshi's death is just shocking. He was still young, he had a future. He shouldn't be dead.
