Thank you very much!
I wonder if the writers ever think of this OR if they do it on purpose so that out mind can go wild with imagination ;) Lol either way, that´s exactly how it al went down in my book too ;)
Also the whole water-rescue-digging up the ring-move showed once more how stupid the s3 finale was in terms of Stefan´s inability to safe them both. Or maybe Stefan is even less into swimming LOL guess we will never know...

I do wonder sometimes if they think about the logistics of stuff. LOL! As for Stefan's fail in the finale? I love Stefan dearly, I really, truly do, but dude he's like the worst hero ever. He sucks SO HARD at it. Post the car crash with her parents -- before he even knew her -- the only time he actually managed to save her was in "Smells Like Teen Spirt," when his switch was off and because he was compelled by Klaus to keep her safe. Other than that, he fails every single time. Oh, Stefan.
Anyhoo, thank you for commenting, I appreciate it. :)

Anyway, thanks for writing it! It´s been my 1st DE fanfic in...forever. That´s how frustrated I was with the show lately....

I'm glad you liked this one, sorry you're bummed about the show. (I still adore it and have pretty much seen nothing but uber-obvious D/E is everything since 3.22 -- actually I've thought it before then, but 3.22 really drove it home.) I don't know if you'd be interested at all, but I am writing a season 04 fic (plotted it out before the season began, so any similarities are entirely because I know this show too darn well, LOL),

I may have smiled a little too much at "the ring he placed upon her finger." Yeah. :)
