Damon/Elena song suggestions for a vid

I'm really hunkering to do a music video again, so I'm looking for suggestions for songs that fit Damon/Elena to a tee --

1.) That are not overly angsty
2.) Fit where they are now generally
3.) If about Damon's point of view are sung by a male
4.) If about Elena's point of view are sung by a female

Any thoughts would be appreciated. :)

I so want to learn how to make fan vids! It looks like it would be a really fun (and frustrating! LOL) hobby.

I've often thought that Johnny Cash's "I Walk The Line" would be fun to see. I also hold out for the day that "Honey Don't Think" from Grant Lee Buffalo is turned into a fan vid. Lifehouse's "Whatever it Takes" would be really good too.

Can't wait to see what you come up with!

Not really a huge Johnny Cash song, and I think the GLB one would fit when they're together, but not quite now. I love Lifehouse, but I don't want to do a Damon-screwed-up song, you know?

Ooh, a music vid!!

I'm not sure if it fits the 1) and even though it's been already done to death, I still think 'A White Blank Page' by Mumford and Sons fits Damon to a tee.

I've only made two for them so far: Spacebound and Clocks (both season 01 only). I've done for vids in other fandoms too, though. (If interested, just check the vid tag.)
