I just love Idina Menzel
I can't believe the first time I heard her/saw her I was completely unimpressed. It was at the Tony's when she won for Wicked and I knew nothing about her, just that I thought that her performance during the telecast was terrible. (And sadly, evem adoring her now, I still think it was the worst performance I've ever seen her give). But thanks to the movie version of Rent, I was introduced to the true wonder and talent of this amazing woman. I have all of her CDs, have copies of Wicked and have watched and listened to everything I can get my hands on of her.
I've loved Broadway since I was a little girl and I've adored shows, but I've never been so enthralled with a single performer from Broadway before. Of course, Idina is so much more. She is awesome!
