Do you mean the part where he's walking (Don't let me walk alone, that lyric)? If so, yeah, that's from "Father's Day" after he and Rose had their little argument at the flat and he takes off.

No. Sorry, I should’ve been more specific. It’s at 2:03, and he and Rose are standing at the Tardis console. I think the lyrics were something like, “There’ll always be a place for you.”
