At the end of Assad's days.
(Damascus logic in confronting ISIL)     According to the logic of the Syrian governement , no matter how sharp and clear were the statements made by Western leaders about cooperation with Assad in confronting ISIL and regardless of the intensity of its objections and its rejection of coordination with Damascus to strike ISIL the "West" wil finalyl come to Assad at the end of the day.(may be that will be the last day for Assad :))
Partially this logic is based on Damascus countings that Russia will take part in Atlantic-Arab alliance that in fact hasn't existed yet.
During ongoing Syrian-Russian talks Damascus pushes Moscow to take part in the military air operations against ISIL.
Ideed, Moscow agreed with Washington on the need to confront ISIL(in principal), but under some additional condition, like obtaining the approval of the concerned countries and respecting their sovereignty.and international law.
The above mentioned Russian statement was read in In Damascus as a formal Moscow agreement to coordinate with the     West, from one hand, and Assad from another millitary actions against ISIL in Syria.
      Hope they read well.
