here we go again...
Well its that time of year again! I think this has been the shortest seasons of Ordinary time I can remember.
TOMORROW IS ASH WEDNESDAY!!!
I can't believe that Lent has come so fast! I haven't even thought about what I'm going to do for this year. I mean, I need to choose something that I'll realistically do because for that past year or two (or three) I haven't kept with my choice.
I think last year or the year before I tried to give up tv. At first it was okay but then the new season of "Lost" came on again and it was a disaster. And then last year I tried to give up candy and I failed miserably at that. I want to choose SOMETHING that I'll actually do.
-if anyone has any suggestions I will kindly take them.
Now that I'm done with my religiosity, I just want to say that I am very disappointed with myself. I didn't do as well on my report card as I'd been hoping. I mean I knew what I was going to get, but second quarter was really bad for me. I think this is the first time that I've been really, genuinely disappointed in myself (grade-wise) for a really long time. And its not like I did that badly, but I'm still upset. But never fear, I made a pact with Mary today during MUN. We promised each other that we would do better this term; for this SEMESTER for that matter.
*determined* I'm going to go and finish my homework ( Yeah! I know! I already started my homework!!! ...okay, its a start)
