Roadhouse!
OMG there is a Texas Roadhouse in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho! Granted, this is still about a six-hour drive from me. But still, it's the Texas Roadhouse. Only my favorite restaurant, ever. This means they are slowly expanding westward and if I have my way they will open one in my neck of the woods sometime before I have to walk with a cane. I hope.
