[When the feed comes on, Alfred looks a little...frazzled, to put politely. His hair is a mess, and he's trying to hide the fact that he actually feels some pain. Alfred's smile is tight.]
H-hey, does anyone know if there's aspirin or something to help with a little headache?
[It isn't his world, but he still feels the effects the Civil War had

[He would try to sneak into the infirmary, as stealthy as a guy in armour can be.]

[Will be leaving for the infirmary now, his Golem following behind him. Considering what he heard about Matron, Roland hopes he can sneak in without being caught.]

[He grins as he sits down on the bed to wait for Roland.]

There's some very close calls, almost giving him an heart attack.
A bottle of aspirin in hand, he quickly left the infirmary and made his way over to Alfred's room.
...Knock, knock.]

Hey, Roland! C'mon in!

[Hands the bottle over to Alfred, as he walks inside.]
I'm sorry that it took me a while.

[He takes the bottle gratefully, and takes out a couple pills, swallowing them before answering.]
Don't worry about it! I've been through a lot worse than this.

[He blinks. Must be quite something to be worse than what he have seen of this headache.]
If you don't mind me asking, how so?

[He blinks and stare in surprise and disbelief, his mind trying to register what Alfred just said. Like how old he is and pretty much said he's a country.]
So you're...basically your country itself?

Yep! I'm the beliefs, people, laws, everything that makes up my country in one human body! It's the same with my friends, too! Every country has a personification!

What was it like, being a country?

[Alfred smiles a tad wistfully.]
But there's some bad things, too. Wars and natural disasters are what really hurt us, give us scars. Like, right now, there's a Civil War in my country. I dunno if it's still going, or if it's just the after-effects, but I can still feel an echo of what I felt back then. The Akuma don't help, either.
