Looking for (bad/addictive) music
I'm making a mix for myself - random, sometimes bad music that's catchy as hell. It's to help keep me feeling that vague amusement or angst that helps me focus. (I think I like multitasking, and listening to music lets me add any sort of work and still be productive. Unless it's the radio, which I tend to switch every song or two.)
It's also something of a guilty pleasure mix. I mean, really, I don't like a lot of what Avril Levigne has put out - but there's something a little too silly and endearing about the song "Girfriend." (Maybe because it makes me think of kitsushan's observation that "girlfriends are expendable.") But it's largely that kind of music.
I'm having a lot of fun picking weird things that don't go together. Suggestions welcome. :-)
