What homeownership is teaching me, part 1
This is what I'm learning by being a homeowner:
1) When you own a home, you get a ton of mail. I haven't even moved in yet and already a stack was waiting for me.
2) To get the tap handles off the bathroom sink faucet, you pry up the button on top, unscrew the handle and pull it off.
3) Be very careful when changing out window blinds, because they could fall on you and cut your thumb all up when you try to catch them.
4) Red is an awesome color for a kitchen.
