Today I put an offer in on a condo. I'm expecting the seller to counter. I'm hoping they don't have another offer, as the seller's realtor hinted they might. I'm hoping he was bluffing to try to get us to bid higher. I will find out the seller's response tomorrow by 1. This might be one of the longest 24 hours of my life so far. It's a great little condo for my first try at homeownership. In a nice area. Details to follow once things are more for-sure--don't want to let myself get any more excited than I already am.
