Letters from an Ink Junkie

Oct 14, 2007 14:35

Hey all.

Starting November first, I'm going to embark on the NaNoWriMo challenge.  In other words, I'm writing a novel (or at least hoping I have the time/energy/motivation to), at least 175 pages long, in 30 days.  In other words, I've gone crazy.  The livejournal where I'll post the installments will be Ollie Eavesgreen.  I'll be lj-cutting the peices if you want it on your friend's page, but if you're curious about the project, it'll probably be better just to check in on the site every so often.

Also, sometime before I come home for Thanksgiving, I'll have a new poetry chapbook.  Most of the poems are done, so it shouldn't be too daunting a task along with the NaNo.  Half of the stuff isn't on Pullscraps (at least not at the moment), and I'm really excited about making use of the super-fancy and super-free printers at the school library.  In other words, it's no skin off my nose to make extra copies and mail them.

So if you'd like a copy of the chapbook, put down your name and address in a comment on this entry.  I'm screening the comments, so nobody else can see.  They'll be out by or at Thanksgiving time.  I'd appreciate any interested readers.

Happy Octobering.
