Individuals have their own styles of language use, that the everyday use of language correlates with markers of health and social behaviours, and that language use may reflect some basic cognitive mechanisms that could be far more revealing about human nature than some of the traditional measures used in psychology, such as reaction time tests or self-report questionnaires. Now I shall motivate myself to do some expressive writing daily because research suggested that expressive writing improves health (physically and mentally).
...But I am not good at expressive writing. OTL
