Back and forth...
So yesterday was a long day. I didn't have the dentist appointment that I drove all the way to Cortland for, but I drove back to Buffalo, turned in my stuff and then drove all the way back to Cortland because I said I would be here this weekend. We went and saw my Noni (my grandma) in the hospital. She's doing alright. It was funny though because I walked into her room and the first thing she said to me was "It's ok, honey, it's not your fault..." I haven't seen her in a couple weeks, so of course it wasn't my fault and I wasn't crying or anything, so it just seemed so odd.
Today my brothers had a BBQ outside... in the pouring rain. It was kind of funny actually. My Great-Aunt and Uncle came along with my 6 year old cousin Dale... the had come to town to see Noni. Dale was so cute. He was desperate to watch this one cartoon that my brother had. Except it was in Japanese... but he sat there and watched it. I asked him what he wanted to be when he grew up and he said a Ninja. And his favorite part about school was recess and not getting his name written on the board. Ah, kindergarten... how I miss it.
Anyways, I'll be driving back to Buffalo tomorrow. And I need to find something to wear for the formal...
