One final task remains between Ryoma, a merman general of the undersea kingdom Mu, and his dream of becoming the military commander of his land. When his Lord bids him to steal the Seer of Lon to prove his worth, Ryoma adopts a false identity and swears to return with the national treasure of their neighbouring kingdom, unaware that he has everything to lose.
Few have glimpsed the Seer of Lon. Kept under lock and key, Rouge yearns for freedom beyond Lon's palace walls; her opportunity arrives one day in the form of Ryuume, a new guard assigned to her quarters. There is a certain promise in Ryuume's eyes that she is undeniably attracted to. But Rouge soon discovers that Ryuume isn't all he claims to be when she seduces him - he holds the key to her freedom. For the first time, Rouge uses her powers to fulfill her wishes, heedless of the danger that dances on the brink of her foresight.
